Dominic and Jennifer come from multi-generational construction families and bring a lifelong connection to the building industry to every project they undertake.

Dominic began working alongside his father, an electrician, at just 13 years old. It was there he developed a strong foundation in the trades and a deep respect for quality workmanship. He later expanded his experience with a large truss manufacturing company and other construction firms, gaining valuable knowledge of the structural and technical aspects of homebuilding.

Jennifer was also raised in a family deeply rooted in construction, with three generations of general contractors and skilled craftsmen, including electricians, carpenters, roofers, and custom cabinetry specialists. In addition to her construction background, she is a licensed Arizona real estate agent with experience helping clients buy and sell vacant land and residential properties throughout the Phoenix metro area, as well as Prescott and Prescott Valley. Her knowledge of land acquisition and property values provides valuable insight for clients beginning the custom home building process.

While pursuing full-time careers in law enforcement, Dominic and Jennifer spent more than 16 years flipping and rehabilitating homes on the side, gaining hands-on experience in renovation, project management, and residential construction. After nearly 50 years of combined service in law enforcement, they turned their long-standing passion for building into a full-time business.

In 2021, Dominic obtained his Arizona General Contractor’s license, and together they officially launched their construction company. Since then, the company has continued to grow, now offering custom home management services designed to guide homeowners through every phase of the building process—from land acquisition and planning to construction and completion.
